The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the historic old town. The exhibition centre is 50 km from the hotel. The castle-like complex was completely renovated and reopened in the year 1993. Our excellent restaurant serves new German menus. Our cosy piano bar, our sunny terrace, the beer garden directly on the banks of the river Weser and our new wellness cente are ideal places to relax from everyday life. Nevertheless, you should not miss out to visit our traditional “Knastfete” (prison fete). This event refers to the history of the building, which was formerly used as prison.
