The hotel is located at 'El Chorro', a region internationally renowned for its extensive range of outdoor activities. An old flour factory dating from the year 1827 was totally reformed in order to offer our guests every comfort.

The cosy rooms, mixing in their decoration traditional elements with actual details of design, all have a small living area, a kitchen with a little fridge and a microwave and views of the natural surroundings of the Desfiladero de los Gaitane: a beautiful gorge. Some of the rooms have two floors, making use of the enormous interior height of the old building. The friendly atmosphere is completed with a restaurant, specialising in local and traditional dishes, combining them with innovative creations, delicious home and self made desserts and an exquisite wine selection.
