The Hotels is located 15 minutes away from Olbia and 10 minutes away from San Teodoro. It is situated near the Airport and the port of Olbia, in front of the islands of Tavolara and Molara.

The Hotel Fenicottero Rosa is surrounded by nice gardens with a nice pool with hydromassage open from 15 April to 15 October, it's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, near the beach (500 mt.) of Porto Taverna, of white sand and beautiful water, where it's also possible to have beach services. The Rooms, some with terrace, are located on two floors, and furnished in typical Sardinian style. All of them have external phone, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, hair drier and minibar. The hotel has a nice panoramic room where the Guests can have buffet-breakfast, and a typical Sardinian restaurant with a nice wooden panoramic close terrace where the Guests can enjoy a grill and a wooden oven. This restaurant (open from May to September), that has already been recommended from the Buon Appetito gastronomic guide, is attended directly from the owner, and here it is possible to taste the more traditional Sardinian cuisine as spaghetti with bottarga and seafood risotto, mixed with innovating dishes studied by the chef.
