Miskolc-Lillafured hotels - Hunguest Hotel Palota, Erzsebet Setany 1

Lillafüred, home to the Hunguest Hotel Palota, is one of the nicest resort in Hungary with an especially mild climate. The city lies surrounded by mountains on 3 sides in a picturesque valley in the east part of the Bükk mountains.

Lillafüred is a settlement 10 kilometres from Miskolc. The castle built in neo-Renaissance style between 1927 and 1930 is surrounded by a hanging garden and a large park. The view to Szinva Stream and Hámori Lake is made even more magnificent by the murmur of the Szinva Stream waterfall in the immediate neighbourhood of the hotel. During the complete refurbishment of the hotel, rooms were reconstructed in a style fitting to the building. The hotel has 129 rooms, of which 18 are suites, 95 double rooms and 16 single rooms. It is also possible to add an extra bed to 18 of the rooms. All are equipped with bathroom, minibar, television and telephone.
